Returns
Of course you have the option to return your order in accordance with the terms laid down in our general terms and conditions. You can read more about returning orders via the scentiment Online Shop in our general terms and conditions. You can dissolve the agreement without giving reasons within a period of 14 working days after receipt of the products. You must return the ordered products and any samples and gifts received in good and unused condition and in the original, unopened packaging. You will find a return form with every order. Did you not receive a return form? Then add a note to your package with your order number and the reason for return.
Returns from Belgium
For a return shipment from Belgium, you send the shipment at your own expense via Bpost to the following address, Kipdorpvest 43, 2000 Antwerp. When returning, please email us first with order number to klantenservice@scentimentparfum.be We would also like to receive your IBAN (International Bank Account) Number) and ascription to arrange the possible refund of your return.
Returns from Netherlands and rest of Europe

Vouchers and Coupons
When you use a voucher code or coupon discount, in some cases a minimum net amount to be spent. In the event of a return, the net amount to be spent remains applicable. If by returning a product or products you fall below the minimum net amount to be spent, the full coupon discount will be deducted from the return.
